Inclusive travel
Accessible travel begins with the right questions
Describe the facilities you need and request specific confirmation before booking.

Accessible travel is personal. A general accessibility label cannot tell you whether a room, vehicle or attraction meets your needs. Explain the practical arrangements that help you travel comfortably.
Ask for measurable details
Request information about steps, lifts, paths, bathroom layouts and access between rooms and shared spaces. If useful, ask the establishment for current photographs or measurements. A star rating is not a substitute for accessibility information.
Check the whole journey
Accommodation access matters, but so do transfers and activities. Tell GoLynx about wheelchair dimensions, boarding assistance, walking limits or sensory considerations where relevant. Share only the personal information needed to arrange the service.
Confirm before committing
Ask which arrangements are confirmed and which still await supplier approval. Discuss companion needs, dietary requirements and alternative activities. Keep the final accessibility arrangements in writing with your itinerary.
Further information
Check current guidance and requirements with the relevant organisation before travelling.
